Issues Briefing Summit – Government Overreach
Our next speaker from The 603 Alliance Issues Briefing Summit is Jim Kofalt. Jim’s topic is government overreach with a focus on Federal land acquisition and the EPA’s MS4 permitting process.
Both present significant problems for property rights and property taxes. Everyone in New Hampshire, whether citizen or citizen legislator needs to understand what they are and the impact these Federal efforts will have in the Granite State.

The 603 Alliance held another successful training and information session on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Concord, NH.
Over 50 people attended The Issues Briefing Summit which was designed to assist new state representative candidates by informing them of the legislative action last year in the House, and giving them a quick overview of issues that will keep them well-informed when they hit the campaign trail. This summit was part of an on-going program developed by the 603 Alliance to champion Constitutional principles of free people and free markets and uniting like-minded citizens in support of candidates who will further those principles. Concord (August 1, 2016) – The 603 Alliance is hosting an Issues Briefing Summit on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Bektash Shrine Center Function Hall, 189 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH.
The 603 Alliance seeks to unite like-minded voters behind the most viable conservative candidate promoting liberty, free enterprise, and personal responsibility.
The Summit is open to all new Republican candidates who are running for election to the New Hampshire State House.
The purpose of this Summit is to assist new state representative candidates by informing them of the legislative action last year in the House, and giving them a quick overview of issues that will keep them well-informed when they hit the campaign trail.
