Welcome
A group of conservative activists joined together to create an organization—a movement—an alliance— of like-minded constitutionalists and conservatives with the goal of impacting who wins the New Hampshire First in the Nation Primary. These activists realized that history will repeat itself—conservatives splitting their votes among 8-10 good conservative candidates, enabling the moderate establishment candidate to cruise to victory.
They realized that there has to be a way for these like-minded citizens to have access to the candidates and to where they stand on important issues, and to then come to a consensus to select the candidate who best represents constitutional and conservative principles and is best able to compete against the establishment moderate. The summit on April 19th rolled out the mechanism for reaching consensus on a candidate.
Our Mission
The 603 ALLIANCE exists to restore Constitutional principles at all levels of our government by championing the principles of free people and free markets, uniting like-minded citizens in support of candidates who will further these principles.

Diane Bitter
Is a former NHGOP Secretary and Assistant Secretary. A former Executive Board member of the Rockingham County Republican Committee as Secretary, Fundraising Chairman, Bylaws Committee, and training and event planning; former Town Chair, Rye Town Republican Committee; former Board Member (Program Chairman) for Seacoast Republican Women (affiliated with NHFRW); current Board Member for Seacoast Women Strong, and a founding member of the 603 Alliance.
Steve MacDonald
Steve is an award-winning blogger, owner of Grok Media LLC, and the managing editor and co-owner of GraniteGrok.com. He has also served on the Board of the National Heritage Center for Constitutional Studies, and is a former board member of the Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire. Steve was a founding member of the New Hampshire Republican Volunteer Coalition and is a past contributor to the Franklin Center for Public Policy.

Kate Day
Kate has been the NHGOP Assistant Treasurer 2025 to present, is a founder and current board member of Ready to Lead NH, the 603 Alliance, FITN Committee board member, 2019 to 2023 Special appointee to the NHGOP Chair for Town Committees, Delegate for President Donald Trump to RNC Convention, Cheshire County Republican Committee Chair-2013 to 2017, Graduate of the Vesta Roy Excellence in Public Service Series, Former member of Cheshire Republican Women’s Club (NHFRW), Chaplain of CRWC, NH College Republicans Granite Supporter, Norris Cotton Award-2016
Pam Tucker
Served several terms in the NH House, where she rose to the role of Deputy Speaker under Bill O’Brien, and later served for two terms as the vice-chair of the NH GOP. Pam was a senior advisor to the DeSantis for President Campaign, helped develop the women’s leadership program, Ready to Lead-NH, and currently serves as its Chair, and is active in her local Republican town committee.

The Goal
The goal of the 603 Alliance is to restore constitutional control at all levels of government and to unite like-minded voters behind the most viable candidate promoting liberty, free enterprise, free markets, and personal responsibility. The ultimate goal of the 603 Alliance is to support candidates who meet the principles of the Alliance.
Our initial objective for 2015 was to positively influence the New Hampshire First-in-the-Nation Presidential Primary Election on January 9, 2016. Since then, we have trained over 400 candidates for state and local office. Additionally, we have hosted national, state, and local speakers covering topics such as free speech, climate change, free-market capitalism, election integrity, and more.
The Principles
- We believe in the founding principles as expressed in the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the New Hampshire Constitution.
- We believe in the Natural Rights of all people as enumerated in those documents, including the right to life, liberty, and property.
- We believe in constitutionally limited government, limited taxation, free markets, personal responsibility, and the rule of law.
- We believe in the duty to safeguard our nation and to defend state sovereignty as outlined in the 9th and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
- We believe strongly in the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and that the right to bear arms is foundational to a free society.
